The process from consultation to certification. We assess grade, drainage, sun exposure, and architectural context before recommending any finish. Sub-base is excavated, compacted, and pre-hydrated to saturated surface dry condition, a step that prevents the base from pulling moisture from fresh concrete. The rebar grid is placed on chair rails and verified. 4000 PSI concrete is pump-poured and allowed to reach the precise hardness window for hand-finishing, a window that changes with ambient temperature and humidity and must be read on the day of the pour. Gumaro Rivera or trained crew members apply the finish to the exact consistency and texture that defines the California Sand profile. Cure time is observed fully. The Structural Longevity Certificate is then issued, documenting every material specification and method applied to your project.
