Concrete Driveways

Driveway paving is the largest portion of our paving work. Nashville’s residential and estate market includes properties from modest suburban lots to 2-acre Brentwood estates, and the PSIP specification scales appropriately across all of them. Common driveway projects we execute:

Driveway replacement. Remove and haul the existing failing slab. Identify and correct the sub-base or drainage issues that caused the failure. These problems must be fixed before the new slab goes down or the replacement will fail identically to the original. Then install to PSIP specification.

Driveway extension and widening. Match the existing slab elevation and install a structural connection joint. Finish options are selected to coordinate with the original surface.

Driveway sealing. Applied at 28-60 days post-cure. Penetrating sealers protect against moisture intrusion, freeze-thaw damage, and staining. We offer sealing as a standalone maintenance service on our own installed driveways.
